Industries We Serve

Built for the Businesses That Keep Your City Running.

Whether you sell homes, serve dinner, host guests, or pour coffee — Palma designs a site that fits how your customers actually search for you.

Real Estate

Listing pages that make every property easy to browse, share, and inquire about.

Restaurants

Menus, hours, and online ordering links front and center — built to load fast on mobile.

Hotels

Booking-ready pages that showcase rooms and amenities and turn browsers into guests.

Coffee Shops

A digital storefront for your menu, hours, and location that keeps regulars coming back.

How It Works

Four steps, no surprises.

You always know what happens next, what it costs, and when you see it. Nothing starts without your sign-off.

  1. Discovery

We talk through your business, your customers, and what the site actually has to do. You leave with a written scope.

    Free, no commitment
  2. Proposal and fixed price

You get one price for the whole build, in writing. A 50% deposit reserves the work and sets the start date.

  3. Build and preview

Your site is coded from scratch in Next.js and React. You get a private preview link and follow it as it comes together.

  4. Revisions and launch

We make the final adjustments together. You pay the balance, the domain goes live, and the site is yours to run.

About

You work with the person who writes the code.

Palma Web Studio is an independent studio run by Edwin Valverde from Arvada, Colorado. There is no account manager, no offshore team, and no handoff. The person you brief is the person who designs the layout, writes the code, and still picks up the phone months after launch.

That is why every project here is built from scratch instead of assembled from a template. A hand-written Next.js site loads faster, ranks better, and has no plugin that can break on an update. When you ask for a change, it takes a few lines instead of a workaround.

The studio works in English and Spanish, which matters for the businesses I build for: restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, and real estate agents whose customers move between both.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How much does a website cost?

Between $500 and $800 for the complete package. That covers custom design, the full build, your .com domain, and the first year of managed hosting. One price, agreed before anything starts, with no hourly billing and no change orders halfway through.

Who pays for and manages the hosting?

Palma Web Studio does. High-speed managed hosting is included in the package for the first year, already configured, secured, and connected to your domain. You never have to set up a server, touch a control panel, or renew anything yourself in year one.

What does it cost after the first year?

A flat $130 to $140 a year. That covers your domain renewal, hosting, SSL certificate, security updates, backups, and uptime monitoring. No per-hour fees and no surprise invoices: if something breaks, fixing it is part of the plan.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live in about two weeks from the deposit. Because everything is written in modern code instead of a heavy WordPress theme, there are no plugins to fight and no page builder to wait on, so the work moves as fast as your feedback does.

Will I be able to update it myself?

On the Dynamic Business package, yes. It comes with an admin panel where you sign in and edit your menu, listings, gallery, or hours without calling anyone. The Essential Presence package is edited by me on request, usually the same day.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds are built into the price — enough to fine-tune colors, copy, and layout without it turning into a second design. If you want a different direction after that, it's a small flat fee agreed before I touch anything, never an open-ended clock.

What if I don't like the first design?

That's what the two revision rounds are for — tell me what's off and I adjust it. If the direction itself needs to change rather than the details, we talk it through at no extra cost first; a rebuild only costs extra if you want a genuinely different concept after that conversation.

Who owns the domain and the code?

The domain is registered in your name from day one, so it's yours outright — that's why you're the one renewing it each year. The codebase itself stays mine, licensed for your site's exclusive use, the same way a developer's own component library does: nobody else runs your site and you're never locked out of it, you just don't get handed the raw source to resell or hand to another shop.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, the text and photos you want on the site, and a clear sense of what you want a visitor to do. If you do not have photos or copy yet, we work that out together in the discovery step.

Tell me about your business.

Send a few details and you get a reply with a plan and a fixed price, usually the same day.

Your details go straight to a private inbox. No newsletter, no resale, no third-party tracking.

A sentence or two is plenty. What the business does, and what the site has to achieve.
