Valgreen Architecture Studio
One continuous shot, not a slideshow: the lot rises into a finished structure as you scroll, then the camera carries you straight through the front door into the interior — no cut, no reload.

San Juan Delivery
A four-role delivery platform for a Nicaragua surf town: customers order from local restaurants and shops, a live kitchen board tracks each order to ready, and a rider claims it — no payment gateway, since orders are settled in person and confirmed over WhatsApp.

Arena Spanish School
A US-facing site for a Nicaraguan language school: teachers, pricing, and availability up front, with a student login and an admin dashboard behind it. Bilingual and dark-mode ready from day one.

Blue Line Tattoo
A Colorado shop with five resident artists and no house style. The site leads with the room and the work, keeps every artist portfolio one tap away, and turns a walk-in into a booking request.

Buenos Humos
A mobile specialty coffee bar that moves around town, so the menu and location change constantly. The owner updates both from a private panel — no developer, no waiting.

Camila & Andres
Guests flying into Nicaragua for a wedding need logistics, not a brochure: when to arrive, where to sleep, how to get around. The countdown sets the pace and the RSVP closes the loop.

Rancho Dorado
A boot maker sells craft, so the site is built around the leather: full-bleed product photography, the story of how each pair is cut and stitched, and a checkout that gets out of the way.

Concepts, Prototypes & Client Work.
Every site below was designed and built from scratch — no templates, no page builders. Some are concepts I built to prove out a pattern, one is live, one launches soon. All of them are real, working code you can open and use.
